I’ve decided to start this blog for a couple of reasons.  

  1. To have an outlet outside of standard social media that is my own where I can share my thoughts and feelings.
  2. To chat about and, hopefully, teach and learn about something that I am very passionate about; mental health and self-care.
  3. To create a repository or toolbox, that hopefully will be useful to many, to implement in their lives to increase self awareness and hopefully create the delightful life we all long for!

Life is tough.  We are presented with challenges daily and how we decide to face those challenges is the difference between winning at life and falling into a hole.  But despite what you may think, or have been told, the skills needed to face these challenges are learned over the course of our life.

Through writing about my own experiences, I hope to continue my learning journey and in the process help you along yours!
